本ポリシーは、スマートフォンアプリ「Trekey（トレキー）漢字」（Android／iPhone。以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。Webサイト（trekey.jp）の取り扱いは本ポリシーの対象外で、別途定める場合があります。
本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最大限尊重します。子ども向けに設計されています。
収集する情報
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先・端末識別子などを取得・送信することはありません。
端末内のデータ
学習の進捗、お子様プロフィール（ニックネーム・アイコン）、効果音などの設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。
通信・広告
本アプリはインターネット通信を行いません（完全オフライン）。広告は表示しません。第三者の解析ツールやトラッキングも使用しません。
子どものプライバシー
本アプリは子ども向けであり、COPPA（米国児童オンラインプライバシー保護法）および GDPR-K（EU一般データ保護規則の児童に関する規定）の趣旨に沿って、子どもから個人情報を収集しません。

This policy applies to the "Trekey" mobile apps for Android and iPhone ("the App"). The website (trekey.jp) is not covered by this policy and may be addressed separately.
Trekey respects your privacy. The App is designed for children.
Information we collect
The App collects no personal information. It does not access or transmit names, email addresses, location, contacts, or device identifiers.
On-device data
Learning progress, child profiles (nickname, icon), and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server. Deleting the App removes this data.
Network and ads
The App does not connect to the internet and shows no ads. It uses no third-party analytics or tracking.
Children's privacy
The App is directed to children and, consistent with COPPA and GDPR-K, collects no personal information from children.
